Tenders are invited and will be received until 3:00 P.M., Newfoundland and Labrador Time Wednesday, May 30th, 2018 for the tender indicated above, and a public tender opening will follow immediately after.

Bids must be submitted on our official “Invitation to Tender” form, placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “Tender Number TTW-010-18, Supply and delivery of “Sodium Hypochlorite 12%” and addressed to:

Those who wish to submit their bid(s) by fax may do so by sending it marked with the tender number and name to (709) 864-7909. Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed “Invitation to Tender” form.
Tenders will be opened publicly in the Field House Multi-Purpose Room at the time and date specified above.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
