Tenders are invited and will be received up to 3:00 p.m., Newfoundland Standard Time, for the above referenced tender with a public tender opening to follow.

Bids must be submitted on our official "Invitation to Tender" form, placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked indicating the Tender Number and Name and addressed to:

Those who wish to submit their bid(s) by fax or email may do so by sending it marked with the tender number and name to fax (709) 864-7909 or email tenders@mun.ca . Please note that all submissions must be accompanied by a signed "Invitation to Tender" form.
Tenders will be opened publicly in Room QC2007 shortly after the closing on the date specified above.
In the event that the University is closed earlier than normally expected prior to a scheduled tender closing for that day, or for the full day, the closing date for those tenders will be extended to the next business day for the University at the same time as listed originally.
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid.
