HSC-008-14: Animal Resource Centre - Sterilizer Supply, Install and Commissioning
The Work generally includes manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of a new double door sterilizer for Memorial’s new Animal Resource Centre (ARC) facility. The new ARC facility is currently under construction and is located at the Memorial University campus, St. John’s, NL, Canada.
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) procurement. Proposals are invited and will be received not later than 3 p.m. (Newfoundland Local Time) on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 for the above RFP. A Public Opening will be held at that same time and the names of proposers will be identified.
Evaluation of proposals will occur at a later date by the Owner’s RFP evaluation committee. The committee will first evaluate and score each proposer’s technical proposal. Upon completion of the technical proposal evaluation, price proposals will be opened and scored. All proposals received will then be ranked based upon the combined technical and price proposal scores.
Electronic copies of RFP documents are now available at no charge by calling (709) 864-4479. Also, copies may be picked up in Room FM-2028, Facilities Management Building, St. John's campus upon deposit of a non-refundable cheque or money order (made payable to MUN) in the amount of $50.00 (HST included).
The University does not bind itself to accept the lowest cost, highest ranked, or any proposal.
