Description

The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify qualified consultants to develop a digital interactive NL Workforce development and innovation ecosystem map in collaboration with the NL Workforce Innovation Centre (NLWIC) staff, with input from other collaborators as identified by NLWIC.

The digital interactive NL Workforce Development and Innovation Ecosystem Map will support the implementation of the Regional Workforce Development Committees and their Action Planning in ten regions throughout the province, also the focus of the research project, Testing and Evaluating the Impact of a New Workforce Development Model: Future Proofing our Skills Development Ecosystem funded by the Government of Canada’s Future Skills Centre. The implementation of Regional Workforce Development Committees is a new core activity mandated to NLWIC in collaboration with, and funded by, the Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills (IPGS). These ten Committees are the Standing Committees representing six government departments and agencies whose objective is Action Planning to support Workforce Development1 including invited guests to inform the issues, solutions and action items compiled in Action Plans for implementation. The digital interactive NL Workforce Development and Innovation Ecosystem Map will support the ongoing operations of the Regional Workforce Development Committees in Newfoundland and Labrador after the completion of the Research Project.

In preparing the response, the vendor is requested to be concise and to supply all the requested information. Vendors should feel free to provide any pertinent information on additional features of their product that is not otherwise requested / identified.

All prices quoted for goods must be specified in Canadian dollars, FOB destination. All proposals will be held to be valid for ninety (90) days following the final date of RFP closing.
Responses must be submitted electronically through the MERX bidding system. Responses submitted by methods other than the bidding system will not be accepted.
Responses must be received on or before the EXACT closing time and date indicated.
