Proposals must be received in full with two (2) hard copies of the proposal together with one (1) PDF copy on USB key, in a sealed envelope or binder and clearly identifying the RFP, the contact listed in section 2.4 and the proponent’s name. The electronic file(s) shall use the same format as the original hard copy.

Proposals must be received on before the exact closing time and date indicated. TENDERS RECEIVED AFTER THAT TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

If proponents are including product catalogues or material samples, only one copy is required of those components. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the hard copy and the electronic copy of the proposal, the hard copy of the proposal shall prevail.
