The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.

The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

The provision to supply and install a Window Washing Monorail System around the interior of 2 rectangle glass skylight structures, each in its own courtyard. Each Monorail System will be approximately 80 m in length and affixed to the Skylights Steel Frame Structure.

One (1) complete Electronic version of the Statement of Qualifications should be submitted. Each copy of the Bidder’s SOQ shall include a completed and signed copy of “Appendix B” of this RFQ document.
