Description

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

The provision of new Pre-finished Millwork installed over existing and new sub-straits, c/w cutouts for plumbing, inserts, appliances, outlet boxes and other fixtures.
The provision of new Millwork to be shop assembled in manageable delivery pieces c/w most hardware installed before delivery.
The provision of new Wood Ceiling Panels and Wall Panels fastened over/to existing and new sub-strait where applicable all the while assuring that sub-strait is straight to specified tolerances.
The provision of new architectural wood casework installed according to architectural plans & details.
