Description

THIS RFQ CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT

The scope of the project includes the rehabilitation and modernization of the base building structure and services of the West Memorial Building to accommodate the short term use of the building as a swing space for the Supreme Court of Canada and the long term fit up for future generic workspace.
The scope to be included in the future tender resulting from this prequalification includes:

Selective removals for and provision of new site services.
Excavation for new interior underground services.
Removal of existing underground services within the existing building.
Excavation for new interior footings and existing footing reinforcing.
Provision of rock excavation.
Provision of new rock anchors
Provision of new underground weeping.
Removal of contaminated soil.
