Project Description
The scope of the project includes but is not limited to exterior heritage rehabilitation of the
building envelope including masonry dismantling; repairs; and various stone type replacements,
window refurbishment & replacement, and a re‐constructed roofing profile with an insulated
steel framed assembly with zinc cladding. The interior works include Structural Steel removal
and reinstatement of gypsum wall cladding and ceilings, T‐bar ceilings, paint, carpet, and then
earthworks and site development
