EllisDon Corporation, acting as the Construction Manager on behalf of Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCHC), is inviting bidders to submit both their Statement of Qualifications and Stipulated Bid Price to bid on the 140 unit apartment and townhome construction project. Bidders shall submit two sealed envelopes, addressed and delivered to:
