Description

The Place du Portage III facility was built in the 1970’s and will be rehabilitated into a modern
complex to update and modernize the base building services. It consists of nine (9) towers varying
from 3 to 18 floors, which includes a connecting 3-storey bridge over Maisonneuve Boulevard.
Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
● Testing & Balancing of Systems
During the course of construction of this project, there will be several other projects on-going.
Work of this project must be coordinated accordingly between these concurrent projects, while
maintaining the required separation of time and space so that the responsibilities associated with
“Constructor” remain with the Construction Manager.
Based on the available design information, the preliminary estimated cost for these scopes of
work is $1,500,000.00 CDN
