Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for the provision of a comprehensive Ticketing Solution, including implementation, integration, configuration and ongoing support and maintenance.
Elections Ontario currently uses multiple separate and distinct ticketing solutions to provide operational and technical support to staff at head office during day-to-day operations, and to election field offices across the province during elections. In preparation for the next General Election in June 2026, Elections Ontario wishes to transition to a single Ticketing Solution that can be used throughout the organization to escalate issues to the appropriate business owner for resolution.
