Description

Refurbishment of building T-48, a 1-storey commercial building located at 3684-44 Ave. The building was constructed in 1964. The area of the building is approximately 1,420 sq.m. (15,285 sq.ft.). The building’s structure consists of concrete masonry unit walls and steel columns, on concrete foundation walls; which support open web steel joists (OWSJ) below the metal roof deck. The exterior side of the walls are generally painted concrete masonry units, and there is brick veneer cladding around the front entrance of the building. The roof areas are protected with asphaltic built-up roof assemblies with gravel cover.

Refurbishment includes Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical scopes.
