Edmonton Regional Airports Authority (“Edmonton Airports”) is requesting bids from qualified contractors complete the remediation, complete the remediation, refurbishment and construction of the Gate 49 Washroom Mould Remediation at Edmonton International Airport.

The successful Contractor will be Prime Contractor:

Mandatory Requirements:

Bid must be submitted electronically to Merx
Bidders must be registered with ComplyWorks and subscribed to Edmonton Airports account,
Bidder must have attended mandatory pre-bid briefing

Schedule: Commencement on or around August 8, 2018, substantial completion by November 2, 2018 and Final completion by November 16, 2018.

prime contractor for this project (“Bidders”) will take place on:

Main Terminal Building, Mezzanine Level
Edmonton, Alberta T9E 0V3
Directions: From Departures Level 2, take the escalator leading up to Mezzanine Level
(escalator is located between Hudson News and Central Security, near Door 28), and
walk towards the back windows looking out to the airside. The Reykjavik boardroom will
be to the left.
COMPANIES WHO DO NOT ATTEND THE MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING WILL BE
EXCLUDED FROM SUBMITTING A PROPOSAL FOR THIS WORK.
