The mandatory site meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, November 26, 2021. Meet at the Nation’s Administrative Building parking area located on Bobtail Road. Tenderers will then drive over the project site.

Due to the current pandemic, the following protocols are in place in relation to the site meeting:
- Only ONE (1) representative per company allowed on site;
- 2-metre social distancing must be maintained at all times;
- Face Masks are required; and
- Any company representative not following the above requirements will be asked to leave.
