The Work to be undertaken is generally described as: Waste Diversion Station at the Montana First Nation and generally includes:

Granular Pad Construction;
Decommissioning Water Well;
Concrete Lock-Block Bunkers;
Access Road Construction;
Fencing and Gate Installation;
Drainage Ditch Construction;
Supply and Install Garage Building, Canopy Structure, and Office Building including Foundation and Electrical; and
Electrical Services including Lighting and Video Surveillance System.

The mandatory site meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, November 26, 2021. Meet at the Nation’s Administrative Building parking area located on Bobtail Road. Tenderers will then drive over the project site.

Due to the current pandemic, the following protocols are in place in relation to the site meeting:
- Only ONE (1) representative per company allowed on site;
- 2-metre social distancing must be maintained at all times;
- Face Masks are required; and
- Any company representative not following the above requirements will be asked to leave.
