DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. CL96589_69935CN – Replace Washrooms Barrack Block 45, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete renovation of the existing washrooms, laundry rooms and janitor rooms on the main, second and third floors of Barrack Block 45 at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.

A site visit has been arranged for the following date, time and location. It is highly recommended that bidders attend this visit.

Tenderers wishing to attend the site visit MUST register at least one (1) business day prior to the site visit by emailing the following information to Gerry.Melake@dcc-cdc.gc.ca.
- List of all expected attendees.
- Identification number for each of the expected attendees, which can be a passport number or driver’s license number (identification is required to gain access to the site and need to by valid).
Failure to register by the specified time above will result in being denied access to the site visit.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,990,000.00.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 330 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
