The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of the Old Roof and replace with new metal Roof on Building Q53 located at HMCS Quadra, CFB Comox, British Columbia.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $220,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 75 calendar days after September 1, 2017 and must be completed no later than 15 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
