DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HASSD98 – Minor Recap Y and NSTD 16 Style Housing at the Village of Ralston, CFB Suffield, Alberta
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to renovate 16 Sutton Oak and 1 Porton Place in the Village of Ralston, CFB Suffield, Alberta. Unit interiors to be demolished, floor plans adjusted, and renovated.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 189 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
