DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HAVED62_CN73025 – Kitchen Renovations to Various Style Houses, CFB Edmonton, Alberta.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to supply and install carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, mechanical work, electrical repairs and HAZMAT Remediation requirements as it relates to the kitchen renovations in ten (10) types of housing unit styles at various Residential Housing Units (RHUs) on an “as and when requested basis” at CFB Edmonton, Alberta.

NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $980,000.00 for the initial period of the SOA; from the date of establishment to March 31, 2021. There are two (2) optional one-year extensions available with a value increase in the order of $980,000.00 to be added at any time during the duration of the SOA. If fully extended, the total SOA value is $1,960,000.00.
