The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to supply and install new pre‐finished hardwood
Flooring; remove and dispose of existing baseboard; supply and install new prefinished baseboard; remove and dispose of existing interior passage doors and jambs; supply and install new prefinished interior passage doors and jambs complete with hardware; remove and dispose of existing casing from interior and exterior doors and windows; supply and install prefinished new casings.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $680,000.00 for the initial period of the SOA; from the date of establishment to March 31, 2019. There are two (2) optional one-year expiry extensions available with a value increase in the order of $1,360,000.00 ($680,000.00 per option year) to be added at any during the duration of the SOA. If fully extended, the total SOA value is $2,040,000.00.
