Contractors who pre-qualified for previous QRT Source lists are required to re-apply in the manner stated below.
Defence Construction Canada is inviting contractors to apply to be placed on a Civil Contractors Source List QRT for work required by the Department of National Defence at 15 Wing Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan for Fiscal Year(s) 2023-2024 (April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024) and 2024-2025 (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025)
If mutually agreed between DCC and the Contractor, the Source List will be extended an additional one-year period for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026) for a total Source List duration of three years.
Applications will be accepted for the following category of service:
- Civil Construction
DCC may utilize QRT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.
Contractors that want to be added to the QRT source lists, must apply through this MERX posting by submitting the Source List application form.
The language selected by the applicant for this QRT’s will be the only language used for the tender documents, the contract documents and communication for all future tenders and during the execution of any resulting contract. The language selected will apply for the duration of the QRT’s.
This procurement is in accordance with the tendering procedures found in Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
Although a security clearance is not required to be added to the source lists, contractors are advised that tenders and contracts under the QRT source lists may contain organization and personnel security requirements. Typically, the organization security requirement will be Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and reliability status for personnel. However more stringent requirement may apply such as Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET with approved Document Safeguarding (DSC) with secret clearance for personnel.
Applications to be placed on a QRT source list sent by fax, mail or email will not be accepted.
