The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to establish a service contract for snow removal and ice control agents application of doors, pedestrian accesses, stoops, stairs, steps, turnstiles, siamese coupling exits, and fire hydrants of the Montreal Garrison buildings, South and North areas, and other related works.
