The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance of furnaces, air exchangers, floor drains, sump pumps, central air conditioners, and replacement of batteries in thermostats, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in 192 dwellings.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $ 70,000.00 for a period of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) additional one-year extensions. (Possible value of $ 210,000.00).
