DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HATTR80_69187 – Standing Offer for CFHA Recapitalization/Renovation, Residential Housing Units, Trenton, ON
Work under this Standing Offer (SO) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material for Recapitalization/Renovation of JJ, 743 and 744 Style Residential Housing Units, CFB Trenton, Ontario. The general scope of work will include the renovation to Kitchens, Bathrooms and to construct Powder Room on the ground floor. Work also includes mechanical and electrical work and the removal of hazardous substances including asbestos and lead paint. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with the technical documents, specifically the specification and drawings and the scope of services as detailed in the contract documents.
