DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – OR17RP02– Service Building Automation System – JOHNSON CONTROLS FACILITY EXPLORER, Various Locations, Ontario
Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada as represented by DCC or DND, intends to put in place two (2) Standing Offer (SO) arrangements for authorized servicing of Building Automation Systems manufactured by; JOHNSON CONTROLS FACILITY EXPLORER at bases/facilities located in Kingston and Borden, Ontario as follows;
SO# 67075 – Johnson Controls Facility Explorer, Kingston
SO# 67078 – Johnson Controls Facility Explorer, Borden
Work under these SO’s includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” under a Standing Offer arrangement.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The selected contractor(s) will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the RFSO Documents.
