DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA16SL09 – Request for Qualifications for Civil/Municipal Contractor Services Source List for Petawawa, Ontario.
Defence Construction Canada is calling for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Civil/Municipal contractors to become pre-qualified to be on a Civil/Municipal Contractor Services Source List for Quick Response Tenders (QRT) / Urgent Response Tenders (URT) for work on an “as and when required basis” by the Department of National Defence, at Garrison Petawawa, Ontario for a period of three (3) years.
This Source List will replace PA12SL09. Contractors who pre-qualified for the previous QRT/URT Civil/Municipal Source list are required to re-apply in the manner stated below.
DCC may utilize QRT’s and URT’s for projects ranging in value up to $300,000.00.

This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.

Request for Qualifications received before December 15, 2016 at 14:00 hours, local time will be considered for this QRT/URT Source list. Faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
Note: If Contractors choose to forward their submission via Canada Post, they must be advised that Canada Post does not deliver directly to the Defence Construction Canada office; therefore additional time must be given in order for the submission to reach its intended destination.
