The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to provide plumbing work at Kingston, Ontario. Work includes but is not limited to the repair, replacement of water closets, urinals, sinks and more.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $440,000 for the initial term. Extension opportunities exist for two (2) one-year periods. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $880,000.
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
