DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HASNB98_65083 – Minor Recap on Various Residential Housing Units – North Bay, Ontario
Work for this project comprises the renovation of twelve (12) Residential Housing Units, of style type C/CC/GG/JJ/KK with a gross floor area between 90m² to 125 m² each, located in North Bay. The C/CC/GG units are one and a half storey and the JJ/KK units are 2 storey. The Renovations will include, but are not limited to, interior renovations to kitchen/ dining room, living room, bedrooms, including the addition of a powder room. It also includes removal of hazardous materials, drywall replacement, and upgrades to insulation, mechanical and electrical systems.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.

Bidders are advised that bid security is required when specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 188 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
