DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – BN17605_CN64559 – Minor Recap "Q" Style Residential Housing Units – Borden, Ontario
Work on this project comprises of the renovation of two (2) "Q" Style Residential Housing Units (RHU's) approximately 1,115 sq. ft in size. The houses to be renovated are single storey, two bedroom units. Work includes interior renovations to kitchen/dining room, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, including structural componets, flooring, finishes, millwork, accessories, insulation, windows and doors. Both units will require new siding. Interior alterations also include hazardous materials removal, drywall replacement and upgrades to insulation, HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems.

Bidders are advised that bid security is required when specifically called for through the Electronic Bidding System. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193E), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than March 31, 2017 and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
