DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN18SOA2 – Mechanical Construction Standing Offer Agreement, Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for mechanical work around CFB Kingston on an as need basis. Work includes repair and replacement of heating, A/C, boilers, controls, chillers and associated components, under a Standing Offer Agreement.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The maximum amount that can be expended under the Standing Offer is $2,000,000.00 for the initial two year term and the maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00. The SOA includes a 1 year option period for an additional $1,000,000.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
