DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – OR19ST01 - Laboratory Analytical Services, Standing Offer
DCC intends to establish a standing offer for laboratory analytical services to support various media testing including ground and surface water, soil, and effluent at various bases/wings located in Ontario.

Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid.
The services will be provided under a Standing Offers (SO) on an "as requested" basis. The SO will be in place from for a two year period with an option to extend for one additional one-year period.
The maximum amount that can be expended under this Standing Offer (during the first 2 year period) is $150,000.00. If extended for an additional one year period, the maximum amount that can be expended is an additional $75,000. Individual call-ups against this Standing Offer must not exceed $30,000.
