DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN159956_CN65620 – Install A/C (ME30) and Install New Bleacher Heaters (R61) – Kingston, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to install new A/C and associated connections to service serval rooms in Bldg. ME30. Work includes two outdoor condencing units mounted on housepads. Remove existing and install new bleacher heaters in Bldg. R61.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $300,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 112 calendar days after notification of contract award and the Work must reach Completion no later than 21 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. A milestone date for installation of new bleacher heaters at R61 is required 35 days after notification of contract award.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
