The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the deconstruction and demolition of Lundy's Lane School, Bldg. HR15, and site development. Work includes removal and disposal of hazardous materials and substances.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,087,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than June 12, 2018 and the Work must reach Completion no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Milestone Dates: No demolition work may start before September 1, 2017. All work is to be completed 112 days from notification of award with the exception of final site grading for new asphalt walkway, topsoil application and hydraulic seeding, which shall be completed by the Substantial Completion date of June 12, 2018.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
