DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – NB180014_69626 – General Construction and Maintenance Standing Offer Agreement (SOA), North Bay, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (NB180014_CN69626 SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, Material and equipment as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for General Construction Trade Services in support of minor construction and repair such as, but not limited to, construction of and/or repairs to structural infrastructure, minor demolition, equipment installations or decommissioning, mill-work, and other trade specific activities, at 22 Wing North Bay. Services are to be provided on an “as and when requested basis” in accordance with NB180014_CN69626 General Construction “Annex A” – Terms of Reference; and “Annex B” Division 1 – Specifications.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $350,000.00 for the first year. Extension opportunities exist for two additional 1-year periods. The estimated overall value of this opportunity, if fully extended is $1,050,000.00.
