DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – KN17SOA2_66828 – General Construction Standing Offer Agreement – Kingston, Ontario
Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and Material as requested by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) or the Department of National Defence (DND) in the form of call ups for General Construction Services in support of minor construction and repair at Kingston, Ontario. Generally this will involve general construction, repairs, maintenance and minor renovation services. Building types include general office complexes, living quarters, classrooms, training facilities, industrial and technical workshops, equipment and vehicle maintenance facilities, supply and storage warehouses and other military facilities.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The SOA will be in place for a one (1) year period, with two (one year) option periods. The maximum amount that can be expended under the SOA during the initial term is $500,000 and the maximum value per call-up will be $25,000.00.
NOTE: There is no scheduled site visit for this opportunity.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 364 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 1 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
