Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposal: Contaminated Site Investigation Services, 8 Wing Trenton, Ontario

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the commissions will be managed, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from firms to provide services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements, which will be located in 8 Wing Trenton, ON.
The objective of this project is to determine the extent of impacts within the area; determine human health and ecological risk; and to develop a program which will minimize the human health and ecological risk to acceptable standards. The investigation will focus on the Aerospace and Telecommunications Engineering Support Squadron (ATESS) and surrounding areas.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP). The objective of this RFAP is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
