Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Consulting Services: CFHADSS1 Designated Substances and Hazmat Consulting Services Standing Offer for multiple locations (19 sites)
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide the following professional services but not limited to designated substance surveys, targeted bulk sampling, air sampling related to issues management for CFHA, lead paint sampling and analysis, lead leachate sampling and analysis, scope review and specification development for hazardous materials management and/or removal, and consulting services for project support.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to establish 19 Standing Offers by selecting the proponent with the highest total score for each site.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Work orders under this SO will be valued to a maximum of $25,000.00.
