Defence Construction Canada – Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Material Testing Services:

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for submissions from interested consulting firms to provide professional material testing services in support of airfield pavement upgrades at 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Invitation to Tender. The criteria relate to the certifications of the material testing laboratory and field personnel. It is the intention of DCC to award the contract to the Tenderer meeting the evaluation criteria by obtaining a passing grade against each criterion and who has submitted the lowest compliant total tender price.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The estimated value of this opportunity is in the order of magnitude of $300,000.
