DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – HARWA14 – Furnace Cleaning at Various Family Housing Units for CFHA, Ottawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for a one time inspection, maintenance and reporting for furnace and filter replacement, HRV systems, hot water tanks, carbon monoxide/smoke alarms, air conditioning, sump pump, thermostat and back water valve. Also includes visual inspections of ductwork and flue vents.

We understand that the Work must be completed no later than February 28, 2017.
If mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Contract may be extended for the first one (1) additional period from May 1, 2017 to May 30, 2017 for Air Conditioning System inspection, the second one (1) additional period from September 1, 2017 to October 13, 2017 for Furnace, Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV), Hot Water Tank, Smoke Detector, Sump-Pump, Thermostat and Back Water Valve inspections, the third one (1) additional period from May 1, 2018 to May 30, 2018 for Air Conditioning System inspection and then the fourth one (1) additional period from September 3, 2018 to October 12, 2018 for Furnace, Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV), Hot Water Tank, Smoke Detector, Sump-Pump, Thermostat and Back Water Valve inspections under the same terms and conditions.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Agreement on Internal Trade.
