Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Proposal (RFP) for Facilities Maintenance and Support Services for Canadian Forces Housing Agency, CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick
DCC is calling for proposals from firms to provide facilities maintenance and support services to the Department of National Defence (DND) for installations located at CFB Gagetown, New Brunswick.
This Facility Maintenance and Support Services Contract requires the Contractor to be responsible for the Maintenance and Support Services of all identified Residential Housing Units (RHUs) within the defined property limits that will ensure compliance with all regulations, standards and codes and to a standard that will not cause the buildings to deteriorate beyond normal wear and tear throughout the contract term.
The Contractor will be required to provide Facilities Maintenance and Support Services over three (3) years with a start of Services on April 1, 2018.
If mutually agreeable between the Contractor and DCC, the contract may be extended up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, for a possible total of five (5) years.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Proposals.
The estimated contract value for the initial 3-year period is in the order of $17.7M including the Prime Cost Allowances.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
