The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the general construction of new rappel tower located at 5 CDN DIV TC DET ALDERSHOT, located north of the existing rappel tower and west of Range Control Building 257. The work includes but is not limited to excavation and backfill, construct new rappel tower (four-storey, 10 metre tall steel structure with a reinforced concrete foundation), construct new chain link fencing, construct concrete curb and demolish existing rappel tower.

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 182 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 28 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
