DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HX336793 _80022 – Snow Removal and Ice Control, CFS Sydney & Surrounding Locations, NS
The work includes, but is not limited to all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required to remove snow and control ice at CFS Sydney and surrounding locations, including CFS Sydney, Sydney Rifle Range, Glace Bay Armouries and Victoria Park, all as described in the Statement of Work.
NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $237,456.00 with the option to extend for 2 additional one-year periods for a total estimated value of $712,368.00.
This contract will be in place from Contract award date to April 30, 2024. We understand that if mutually agreed between the Contractor and DCC, this Contract may be extended for one (1) additional period from November 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 and then one (1) additional period from November 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, under the same terms and conditions.
This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
