The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to [c1] the installation and connections of approximately 748m of new 150 mm diameter PVC DR18 Water Piping and associated valves and thrust blocks. Approximately 405 m2 of asphalt reinstatement, line painting to match existing lines in area and approximately 3100 m2 of landscaping.

Bidders are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 120 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
