The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for the improvement of heating at building BM212 and Core 3 Loop at Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) Bedford, CFB Halifax, Nova Scotia. Core 3 Loop includes buildings BM230, BM37, BM75, BM107, BM212, BM111, BM112, BM102, BM101 and BM100.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $1,200,000.
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 365 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 45 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
