The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete Mechanical Inspection and Servicing on Residential Housing Units, (RHUs).

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $62,620.00 with the
option to extend for two additional 1-year periods for a total estimated value
of $187,860.00.
This contract will be in place from date of award to March 31, 2024 and may
be extended for two additional 1-year periods from April 1, 2024 to March
31, 2025 and April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, under the same terms and
conditions.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
