The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $2,188,991.10 with the option to extend for two additional 2-year periods for a total estimated value of $5,212,355.29.
This contract will be in place from April 1, 2023 to March 31, 2026 and may be extended for two additional 2-year periods from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028 and April 1, 2028 to March 31, 2030, under the same terms and conditions.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA).
The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC).
The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY, as required granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC.
