The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove and replace several air handling units (AHU's) and associated work from the roof of Building 271, 5 Wing Goose Bay, NL

The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 482 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
The selected contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
