This RFP is to commission a consultant to design and undertake a study to improve the Town of Carleton Place’s current policies regarding the provision, standards, and usage of parking facilities within the municipality. This study shall establish best practices through the review of policies of municipalities of a similar scale and context to that of Carleton Place. This review shall be supplemented through inventories and surveys of on-street and off-street parking stalls in areas designated by this RFP.

Proposals MUST be received at this location NOT LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, on Monday, September 20th, 2021.

Proponents wishing to make changes to their proposals after submission but prior to the indicated closing time may do so by submitting the revisions by email. It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to ensure that the revisions are received by the Town prior to the closing time.

Proposals received after the closing time shall not be accepted or considered.
