Description

Cornwall Community Hospital (CCH) is accepting non-binding proposals from qualified firms to provide an Enterprise Secure Messaging, Mobile Communications Solution and Electronic Health Records (EHR) mobile workflows Platform for Clinicians hereinafter referred to as the ”Solution”. The Solution shall be a reliable, easy-to-use healthcare communication solution to be used for improving care team collaboration in healthcare environment besides providing a platform to support EHR mobile workflows for the clinicians.
The Solution will be an integral part of both internal communication processes and clinical workflows at Cornwall Community Hospital located at 840 McConnell Avenue, with the potential of expanding to satelite community mental health locations in the future. The system must be available to initiate and deliver messages and support EHR mobile workflow for clinicians 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Through the provision of services identified in this RFP, the selected Proponent shall assist CCH in meeting the following business goals and objectives:
